Ingredients
- 1½ oz. Mad River Maple Cask Rum or Bourbon Whiskey
- ½ oz. cream sherry (Lustau Solera Sherry)
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Sidehill Farm Maple Pumpkin Butter
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
Shake all ingredients over ice, strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass or straight up into a coupe. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange peel.
