Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Tom Cat Gin
- .5-ounce Aperol
- .5-ounce grapefruit juice
- .25-ounce fresh lime juice
- .5-ounce chipotle honey syrup
- 1-ounce sweet white miso
- Sage and grapefruit peel, for serving
Preparation
Shake and double-strain into a Nick & Nora glass or your preferred cocktail glassware. Garnish with sage and grapefruit peel.
