The mission of Edible Vermont, previously Edible Green Mountains, is to focus on the intricate network among farmers and foodies, the restaurant community and home chefs, and to provide nutritional value to our readers while supporting food security throughout Vermont.
Edible Vermont is an independently owned, community-based publication. Our magazine and digital content promotes the local food culture and economy in Vermont with editorial integrity, authenticity and exceptional photography. Edible Vermont is a member of Edible Communities publications which extends the visibility of the Vermont food system to other communities throughout the U.S. and Canada.
