Ingredients
- 1½ oz. blanco tequila
- ¾ oz. mango puree
- ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. Habanero Honey Syrup (see below)
- Lime zest, for garnish
Instructions
Shake tequila, mango puree, lime juice, and syrup well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lime zest.
HABANERO HONEY SYRUP
Yields about 1¼ cups
Bring 1 cup honey and 1 cup water to a boil. Bring down to a simmer and stir until honey is dissolved. Add one diced habanero (with seeds removed, if desired) and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and cool before using.
