Ingredients
- 2 ounces Brio Flashed Chilled Espresso
- Ice
- 2 ounces Rosemary Simple Syrup (recipe below) 3 ounces
- Rosemary Cold Foam (recipe below)
- 2 mists Alice & the Magician Rosemary Honey
- 2 mists Alice & the Magician Chinese 5 Spice
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1½ ounces whiskey
- 2 ounces Brio Flashed Chilled Espresso
- Ice
- 2 ounces Rosemary Simple Syrup (recipe below)
- 3 ounces Rosemary Cold Foam (recipe below)
- 2 mists Rosemary Honey
- 2 mists Chinese 5 Spice
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1/₃ cup sugar
- 1/₃ cup water
- 2 full sprigs rosemary
- 4 ounces heavy cream
- 2 ounces 2% milk
- 2 ounces Rosemary Simple Syrup
Instructions
MOCKTAIL
Serves 1
Fill a lowball glass with ice and add Brio’s Flash Chilled Espresso. Top it off with Rosemary Cold Foam. Add Rosemary Honey mist. Finish with Chinese 5 Spice mist. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a dash of cinnamon.
COCKTAIL
Serves 1
Fill a coupe glass with ice to chill and then discard ice. Add Flash Chilled Espresso and whiskey to a mixing glass with ice and stir to combine. Strain mixture into the chilled coupe glass. Top it off with Rosemary Cold Foam. Add Rosemary Honey mist. Finish with Chinese 5 Spice mist. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a dash of cinnamon.
ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP
(makes about 1/₃ cup)
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, continuously stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the rosemary, reduce the temperature to low, and allow to simmer for about 30 minutes. Remove the mixture from the heat, pour in a jar, and refrigerate for 24 hours, then remove the rosemary sprigs.
ROSEMARY COLD FOAM
(makes about 1 cup)
Combine cream, milk, and syrup in a cold jar (keeping all the tools and ingredients cold will help create a better product). Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or use an electric milk frother and froth until thickened
