Ingredients

- 1¼ ounces Mad River Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 ounce Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
- ¾ ounce pomegranate juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Grapefruit peel for garnish
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a shaker. Add ice to the shaker and shake for about 10 seconds. Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass. Strain contents over the ice cube. Express a grapefruit peel over the glass and add as a garnish.
