Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly grease a 10-inch glass pie plate or baking dish. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, with a mixer at medium speed, beat the butter, sugar, and egg until light and fluffy. Reduce mixer to low and blend in Cornbread Mix and milk. Fold in the fruit. Pour into a baking dish.
For the crumb topping: combine the sugar, flour, and salt in a small bowl. Using your fingertips, or a food processor, rub or cut in 2 tablespoons butter until topping resembles coarse sand, and scatter over the top.
Bake about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
