You eat with your eyes first, so we want all our meals to take your breath away.” Lisa moved to East Calais from Manhattan in 2000 and has 35 years of catering experience. She advises couples to make decisions together, prioritize, and not let the planning overwhelm the engagement period.
Her motto? “Have knives and trailer, will travel! I’m a chef member of the Vermont Fresh Network, and my style is cucina rustica. I adapt to any cuisine, any venue, as long as the logistics work out. Weddings are magical, and I try to be a catalyst of joy, comfort and excitement.”
