Todd Hardie is the founder of Honey Gardens Apiaries and Caledonia Spirits. He has been growing rye and barley for Caledonia Spirits’ whiskey program for the last 10 years and serves on the board of NOFA-VT and Northern Grain Growers Collaborative.
