Green Mountain Flour is the product of Zach Stremlau's 24 years of baking experience, our love for New England's working landscape and a passion for rebuilding the local grain economy.

Mt. Mansfield Creamery

Mt. Mansfield Creamery is owned and operated by Stan Biasini and Debora Wickart.

We milk our own Holstein & Brown Swiss cows to produce a number of raw milk cheeses using recipes with European origins. Our cheeses are aged a minimum 60 days in our own cheese cave. See the list of cheeses we make in our family owned business.
