Shelburne Farms’ former head cheese maker Andi Wandt curated this gift package as the perfect holiday gift to feature their newest collaborative products: Beer Cheddar and Saucisson au Fromage! They partnered with Fiddlehead Brewing Company to create their Beer Cheddar. Fiddlehead’s flagship IPA is poured into their cheese making vat with the curds, and the resulting aged cheddar has a supple texture, hoppy aroma and flavor notes akin to a sourdough bread. Pair it with Saucisson au Fromage, a dry-cured salami made with locally sourced pork and their Two Year Cheddar, crafted by Babette’s Table in Waitsfield, VT.
