The Maple Lovers Gift Basket contains a half pound jar of pure maple sugar (out with white, in with maple!), a glass pint of amber rich maple syrup (sap boiled over a traditional wood fire to caramelize the natural sugars), and an 8-ounce glass jug of their ethereal syrup aged in Tuthilltown bourbon barrels (something special for the bourbon lovers in your life). Packed in crinkle kraft paper and tied with a ribbon, the basket makes for a perfect gift any time of the year!

FORTUNA’S SAUSAGE & ITALIAN MARKET
Ultimate Salami Assortment. $52.95 (5 selected flavors, 6-ounce sticks)

True Italian style salami made the old-world way, dry-cured for eight to 10 weeks to achieve a mellow flavor. 100% natural pork, with no nitrites or nitrates, gluten-free.

Parmigiano: Perfect as an aperitivo or on a charcuterie board, with a touch of Parmigiano-Reggiano and black pepper.

Cacciatorini: A typical chubb style, this mini salami was a rustic treat Italian hunters kept in their pockets for snacking on throughout the day.

Abruzzese: With just a hint of hot pepper, a plain and simple crowd pleaser.

Salsiccia Secca: This mild salami is suitable for breakfast, lunch, or on a charcuterie board.

Tartufo: Italian black truffle pops with the first taste, delicious but not overpowering. The earthy flavor pairs perfectly with many Italian cheeses and a rich red wine.

The Fortuna family has been making Italian sausages and salami for four generations. Visit their shop in Manchester. From November 1 to December 25, Fortuna’s will donate $5 per sampler to the Angelman Syndrome Foundation.

SHELBURNE FARMS
Andi’s Assortment. $43

Shelburne Farms’ former head cheese maker Andi Wandt curated this gift package as the perfect holiday gift to feature their newest collaborative products: Beer Cheddar and Saucisson au Fromage! They partnered with Fiddlehead Brewing Company to create their Beer Cheddar. Fiddlehead’s flagship IPA is poured into their cheese making vat with the curds, and the resulting aged cheddar has a supple texture, hoppy aroma and flavor notes akin to a sourdough bread. Pair it with Saucisson au Fromage, a dry-cured salami made with locally sourced pork and their Two Year Cheddar, crafted by Babette’s Table in Waitsfield, VT. The full package includes Beer Cheddar, Saucisson au Fromage, Blake Hill’s Maple Onion Jam (specifically designed to complement Shelburne Farms’ cheddar) and Castleton Crackers’ Rosemary Crackers.
