- 1 pound crabmeat
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces Cabot cheddar
- 4 ounces Parmesan
- 1 cup Dukes’ mayonnaise
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1½ tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 cups canned artichokes
- Pickles and toast, for serving
Preparation
Stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, Old Bay, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and lemon zest. Fold in the crabmeat, artichokes, and cheddar. Place in 6-by-6-inch square baking dish and top with some Parmesan and a little cheddar. Bake at 350ºF until golden brown on top. Serve with pickles and toasted bread.
