Original Skiff Crab & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 6
  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces Cabot cheddar
  • 4 ounces Parmesan
  • 1 cup Dukes’ mayonnaise
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1½ tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cups canned artichokes
  • Pickles and toast, for serving

Preparation

Stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, Old Bay, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and lemon zest. Fold in the crabmeat, artichokes, and cheddar. Place in 6-by-6-inch square baking dish and top with some Parmesan and a little cheddar. Bake at 350ºF until golden brown on top. Serve with pickles and toasted bread.
