Ingredients
SERVINGS: Serves 2 - 4
- 1 premade pizza dough
- 1 large potato, thinly sliced into wheels
- 3 ounces wild ramps (or spring onions or leeks), chopped
- Aged Gouda (we used Good Old Gouda by Cobb Hill)
- Fresh mozzarella, sliced (consider Maplebrook Farm mozzarella)
- Blake Hill Chipotle & Maple Spicy Chili Jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F and hold at this temperature for 30 to 40 minutes. If you have a pizza stone, place on the middle rack and heat in the oven.
Stretch the pizza dough to approximately 12 inches on a floured surface. Spread 3 to 4 tablespoons of Blake Hill Chipotle & Maple Chili Jam on the dough.
Lay potatoes over jam followed by slices of mozzarella and Gouda cheeses. Sprinkle chopped ramps on top.
Bake the pizza for 15 to 18 minutes on the middle rack, or stone, in the oven, then slice.
