Opened with a goal of providing a true Vermont dining experience, Hen of the Wood offers food that is simple, uncomplicated and down-to-earth. Daily changing menus are based on the wealth of premium ingredients found only miles from the restaurant.

Hours:
Burlington: Dining room open daily 5–10pm, bar 4pm–midnight.
Waterbury: Dining room Tu–Sa 5–9pm.
