Emily McKenna

Emily McKenna graduated from Barnard College and the French Culinary Institute in New York City. After a magnificently unsuccessful stint as garde-manger at a 3-star Manhattan restaurant, Emily found her place as a recipe tester, food editor and enthusiastic eater. These days, Emily cooks just for fun, with her son Giuseppe, and husband, John. They live in Stowe.
