Bronwyn Dunn Jones

Bronwyn Jones grew up in a family professionally involved in the world of food. Her father, Evan Jones, was a writer who specialized in history and food. Her stepmother, Judith B. Jones, an editor at Alfred A. Knopf, Inc., became famous for editing Julia Child’s first cookbook, Mastering The Art of French Cooking and had a long career publishing many of the most iconic American cookbooks and worked with almost all the great cooks of the last fifty years. Throughout her career Bronwyn has had ample opportunity to watch great chefs prepare recipes. Julia Child, James Beard, Lidia Bastianich, Alice Waters, Edna Lewis, Marion Cunningham and Madhur Jaffrey are only a few of the cookbook authors who have been her food mentors.
