Becca Miller lives in the High Peaks region of the Adirondack Mountains, working in food and farming education at a progressive boarding school with her husband. She spends her non-education related time freelance writing, hiking, camping, canoeing, and can often be found making homemade soap or fermenting dandelion wine. She loves getting others excited about food, foraging, and the wonders of wilderness, and her writing has been featured in Adirondac, the Adirondack Mountain Club Magazine, as well as with Edible Schoolyard, Alice Water's farm-to-classroom initiative.
