
Single Malt White Hot Chocolate
For an extra special—and unique—culmination to an autumnal meal with friends and family, whip up this warm, maple-y, memorable treat!

Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 teaspoons Single Malt Aged Maple Syrup, plus more for garnish
- 4 ounces high-quality shaved white chocolate
- Pinch of sea salt
- ½ ounce single malt scotch whiskey for eachserving (optional)
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Marshmallows, for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, heat the milk, vanilla, and sea salt over medium heat until the milk begins to steam, about 5 minutes. Add the white chocolate and whisk until completely melted and combined.
- Turn off the heat, add the single malt maple syrup, and whisk until combined. If desired, add the scotch whiskey now and mix until incorporated.
- Garnish with whipped cream, marshmallows, and an extra drizzle of the single malt maple syrup on top. Serve immediately.
