
Moco Holy (Milk) Shake
Leftover MOCO Hot Chocolate can be used to flavor a milkshake—or you can whip up some for just this purpose. For Amy Perotti, founder of MOCO, it’s the go-to recipe for an exceptional milkshake, best enjoyed with your favorite high-quality, Vermont-made ice cream.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups milk
- 3 tablespoons MOCO mix of choice
- 2 scoops ice cream
Instructions
- Heat the milk over medium heat to dissolve the mix. Add the hot chocolate mix, whisk, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In a blender, place the ice cream and blend with the prepared chocolate milk. Add more ice cream for a thicker shake, or more cocoa for a lighter one—adjust to your taste!
