Free Verse Farm’s “Dressed Up” Vinaigrette
We love preparing this simple, bright, and slightly sweet vinaigrette for salads or as a dip for veggies. It’s also tasty as a dressing for coleslaw in any season! Free Verse Farm’s Dress to Impress is a sweet, herbaceous, well-rounded blend made with freshly dried herbs.
Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- ½ cup raw apple cider vinegar
- ¼–½ cup plain yogurt (optional)
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 tablespoons ground Dress to Impress herb blend
- 1–2 tablespoons tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake or stir vigorously to blend. Vinaigrette can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
